How to compare three quotes that all say something different
The cheapest number is rarely comparing the same job as the other two.
Line them up by what is included rather than by the total. Materials, disposal, making good afterwards — that is usually where the gap is.
Ask each of them what is NOT in the price. It is a more useful question than asking what is.
A quote that is meaningfully cheaper than two others is normally cheaper for a reason somebody has not written down.
