What we need from you before we can start
Access, a decision-maker, and somewhere to put things. That is mostly it.
Access on the day, someone reachable who can make a call if something unexpected turns up, and a clear spot for materials and waste.
That sounds obvious and it is the reason most delayed starts get delayed.
We will confirm all three the week before rather than turning up and finding out.
